Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AfterHoursLead. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By signing up for or using AfterHoursLead, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
AfterHoursLead provides AI-powered chatbot software that captures leads on your website, sends notifications, and stores lead information. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your chatbot complies with applicable laws, informing your website visitors that an AI chatbot may collect their information, and all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers, followed by a 30-day money-back guarantee once you upgrade to a paid plan. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you experience a service outage exceeding 24 hours, we will credit your account proportionally.
You may not use AfterHoursLead to collect information from children under 13, send spam or unsolicited communications, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of AfterHoursLead is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your customer data. We process it only to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
AfterHoursLead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for missed leads due to service interruptions.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may export it.
