We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business details), information your chatbot collects from your customers (name, contact info, service requests), and usage data to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and improve the AfterHoursLead service, send you lead notifications via SMS and email, process payments securely through Stripe, and communicate important updates about your account.
Your AI chatbot collects information from your website visitors on your behalf. You are responsible for informing your customers that an AI chatbot is collecting their information. We store this data securely and only use it to power your lead capture service.
By signing up, you consent to receive SMS alerts for new leads captured by your chatbot. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP or updating your notification settings in the dashboard.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Your payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We regularly audit our security practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI) who are contractually obligated to protect your information.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@afterhourslead.com.
